It is so difficult to let go sometimes. When we feel that we’ve failed at something, we go over it in our heads a trillion times. And, it becomes a never ending cycle of thinking and thinking.
Thinking about how we could have done things differently. And, how we could have prevented certain situations from happening. And, how we can correct it.
But most things don’t need correcting. They are to happen as they do.

The best way to get past your past is to stop looking back. Always remember that thoughts of yesterday no longer serve you, and the best way to dismiss them is to love yourself.
Whenever doubt, depression and regret start to creep in, run straight to a mirror, and to yourself practice saying this simple- yet powerful- mantra: “I love myself today! Yesterday has no dominion over me. Today is a brand new and miraculous day!”
