When you’re having those occasional thoughts of unaccomplishment, confusion and doubt, don’t believe those thoughts. They are not true. It’s all in your head.

Whenever you hear that loud voice screaming to you that you cannot make it, don’t believe that voice. It’s not true. It’s all in your head.

Whenever you are feeling sad, alone and afraid, don’t believe that feeling. It’s not true. It’s all in your head.

Today, know that negativity is not real.…
