“Stand up, on this Thanksgiving Day, stand upon your feet.  Believe in man.  Soberly and with clear eyes, believe in your own time and place.  There is not, and there never has been a better time, or a better place to live in.” ~Phillips Brooks

We don’t know very much about ourselves.

One day we are one person, and the next day we…

“World Peace” is the most common goal among beauty pageant competitors.  Most people want to change the world.  What a mighty commendable goal!

But, world transformation first has to begin through the transformation of our inner selves.  If we do not change, then how can we expect to change the world?  How can we expect the world to be better when we ourselves are not better?

All that we witness in the world [famine, abuse, homelessness, war,…

It is very difficult for us to understand, admit and accept that negative situations arrive in our lives because of our own negative actions we committed in some area of our lives in the past.

The chaos that we are witnessing right now is merely the judgment- the effect of the negative act we caused.  We are not victims of circumstance.  We, in fact, create our own reality.

When we blame someone else for the things that…

No matter where I am in the world or what’s on my schedule, I always begin my day by reading an inspirational book, poem or quote, and then meditating and praying.  That way, I will insure that my first thoughts of the day are positive.

On some mornings I have really early photo or video shoots, and I’ve had to skip my practice.  But, then I find that my days don’t flow as smoothly and miraculously.   So,…

Where does your mind wander naturally?  Into humor or stress?  Into fear or fantasy?

How much of your precious day do you invest in the past?  Is the majority of your time being utilized in past events?  How much of today have you already invested in your past?

The past has long since served it’s purpose.  The only things you should hang on to from your past is wisdom and love.

Follow your mind, and observe where…
