When We Are In Pain

21 February 2010 No Comments

When we are in pain, that pain will cause us to do and say a lot of things that we do not mean.  Pain will also keep us trapped in fear, shame and humiliation.

When we are in pain, oftentimes we allow that pain to keep us trapped in grief.  We experience depression, sadness, loneliness, uncertainty, and uncontrollable thoughts.

Pain is one of the lower energies, and can be very destructive to ourselves and others.

Today, do whatever it takes to get rid of the pain that you are facing now.  Do whatever it takes to find that very goodness that you are after.
