Miserable Or Strong

23 February 2010 No Comments
“We either make ourselves miserable, or make ourselves strong.  The amount of work is the same.” — Tony Robbins

We can make ourselves miserable by sitting up late trying to figure out why others are mistreating us, or are disrespectful.  Why others are jealous, or envious.  Why others are spiteful, or just plain mean-spirited.

Or, we make ourselves strong by holding fast to who we know we are; make ourselves strong by knowing who we can become; and, make ourselves strong by becoming who we know we can be.

Today, which one are you?  Are you miserable or strong?
