When we are in pain, we tend to lash out at others.  We say nasty, rude things, and do hateful stuff.  Only because we are in pain.

But, lashing out only causes us more pain, more anger, more disappointments, more animosities, and a viscous merry-go-round circle of complete unhappiness.
