Types of Fears

14 November 2009 One Comment

It is fear that causes our reactive natures.  It is fear that causes us to build walls instead of tearing them down.  It is fear that causes an argument instead of giving energy to positive discussion.  It is fear that causes us to feel trapped in instead of experiencing the true freedom that we truly have.  It is fear that causes our self-isolation instead of exploring our sharing-nature with others.

Today, dig deep to recognize the different types of fears that you have.  And, figure out a way to release them.  If you find it hard to release them, try finding avenues of working through them.

There is nothing to fear but fear itself. Once we overcome this, everything will fall into place.
