Right now is all that we have. This very moment. Yesterday has long since gone. And, tomorrow is patiently awaiting its arrival. Today, right NOW, is all there is.
It is so easy to become caught up in the merry-go-round cycle of thoughts of yesterday, and the anxious hopes of tomorrow. But, if we just slow down, focus, and remember to stay present, we will be able to recognize just how precious the here and now is.
Today, stay present. Hold onto this very moment that you are personally experiencing. Bask in the luminous glory of right NOW.
