Kindness, Beauty, and Truth

21 July 2009 No Comments

“The ideas that have lighted my way and, time after time, have given me new courage to face life cheerfully have been Kindness, Beauty, and Truth.” — Albert Einstein

It’s never that hard to express Kindness to someone.  All it takes is a quick smile of “hello”, or simply holding the door for the person behind you.  Kindness can be expressed in a million different ways every single day; as there is no shortage of kind things to do or kind words to speak.

There is Beauty within all of us, and all around us.  All it takes is just one minute to stop and observe it.  There is also Beauty in every life’s situation and every life’s lesson.

Truth is that very goodness of essence.  Truth, above all things, is what should really be sought after; it’s what we should really spend our whole lives searching for.  When you find the Truth, you have no choice but to automatically find Beauty, and then find it easier to express Kindness.

Today, be kind by doing random acts of Kindness.  Find true Beauty in nature and in life.  Behold the Truth today.
