What Information are You Feeding Your Mind?

12 June 2009 No Comments

“Observe what quality of information you feed your mind each day.” — Carolyn Myss

What information are you feeding your mind? Are you caught up in the latest soaped drama of ‘Days of Our Lives’, or are you enthralled in the philosophy of Plato? Are you involved with the latest gossip at the hair salon, or are you conversing about better ways to recycle and not use up Earth’s natural resources? Are you surfing the internet for ‘celebrity’ tips, or are you downloading the lasted course in self-esteem?

These questions are precisely why the Daily Inner Princess articles are significant for personal growth.

Most of our days are filled with “gook” (i.e. nothing of significance). We can change all of that by changing our our shallow minds into thinking minds (i.e. minds of substance).

Today, follow your mind to see where it takes you. Watch how you evaluate your information. What exactly is the quality of the information you feed your mind?
