Just One Minute

13 June 2009 No Comments

All it takes is just one minute to stop and offer a helping hand, or a simple smile to someone.

When we are feeling anger or experience feelings of revenge, all it takes is just one minute to stop, take a deep breath, relax and let go.

When we are feeling overwhelmed or full of grief, all it takes is just one minute to flip on a happier note by forcing a smile.

When we are feeling depressed and full of regrets, all it takes is just one minute to adjust to an attitude of gratitude.

All it takes is just one minute to smile, even when it’s difficult.

Today, take just one minute out of your day today to give thanks.
