Positive Over the Negative

In any situation, it’s always better to remember the positive over the negative. But, the problem with that is that we fall into a trap of what I like to call “Default Thinking”. Default Thinking is the automatic negative autopilot your mind goes to every conscious and unconscious second of the day. The dangerous part is that we are all mostly unaware of our subconscious thoughts. Keep in mind that your subconscious is creating your reality, as well, along with your consciously aware mind.

Never remember the negative today. Whatever situation you face today, remember only the positive. Positive energy is much more stronger than negative energy.
