“To make sure that the first thoughts of my day are positive, I never forget to begin my morning with my daily uplifting practices.” — Penna

We live in an uncertain world.  Everything is subject to change, to chaos, to circumstances of unpredictability.  However, developing a daily practice will ensure you the abilities to be able to cope with everyday occurrences.  A daily practice (whatever means that may be to you) will help train your mind, speech, behavior and emotions to become non-reactive, consistent and stable.

What is your daily practice?  It can consist of anything, such as poems, meditations, mantras, quotes, inspirational books, affirmations, journal writing, prayers ….  Whatever your daily practice is, it is sure to bring light to you today.

Grab onto your uplifting practices by starting a daily practice.  In doing so, I guarantee you will be rewarded with a magical and truly fulfilling day!
