As long as you are alive people are always going to judge you, become jealous and envious of you, betray you, let you down, ignore you, look down on you, gossip about you, sell you out and try to turn others against you.

The best way to deal in every single situation like this is to always extend kindness to them. Never reciprocate those dark energies with negative energies of your own. Instead of judging others for judging you, love them. Through your love for them, you are able to transform darkness into light.
