Slip and Fall

3 January 2009 No Comments

We think that our slip ups and fall downs are mistakes. But, there are no mistakes in life. When you step on a banana peel and fall to the pavement, you may not have learned your lesson until you happen to be passing another banana peel later down the road.

And if you see the banana peel again you will know to tread carefully. The banana peel doesn’t care if you slip or not. The fall is always your test of perseverance.

When you slip and fall you learn two lessons:
1. Recognizing what you slipped on
2. Learning that you can rise after the fall

Today, think back on the times when you’ve slipped and fell, and look for the hidden lessons.
