I Did It Again. OOps. For nine months straight I stayed on the ‘straight and narrow’, not deviating from the path once. And then I went on a date and blew everything I’d learned.

I did it again, because this isn’t the first time.

Just when we’ve thought we’ve advanced so much and have become confident about our changes, life has a way of saying “oops … check again”. These exercises are great in that they are tests and teachers. They are here to show us just how much more we need to learn and work on.

Today, instead of drowning with sorrow that you did it again, take this opportunity to dig deep and find everything else that needs re-checking.
