Why do we hold grudges?  Why do we hang onto negative energy?  Why do we have that growling beast of hatred inside?

Hatred is greed, jealousy, anger, resentment, guilt, envy and the feelings of failure.  We have to forgive others because they are hurting just like we are.

We hate others because we feel that they have the things that we want.  Guess what?  We can have those things too.  We just have to earn them.

A lot of people hate me because I don’t have to work anymore.  And, they actually get mad at me.  Can you believe that?!   But, what they fail to realize is that I have earned my position in this world.  I did the work (and always, always, always continue to do the work).  I never stop my compassion, my love, my grace, my forgiveness, my tolerance.  I never stop teaching others how to Love.

Today, forgive for them.  They do not already know how to forgive.  Nor, do they understand the importance of forgiveness.  Forgive for them, then they are able to forgive.
