How important exactly are your thoughts?

Well, put it like this…. you could have every disease known to man in you today, and if you chose different thoughts, feelings and behaviors tomorrow, they would all leave your body. Literally! The key is to not give any unwanted thing much attention. When it doesn’t feel good, turn your attention someplace else. Turn your attention to what does feel good in your life.
