True Happiness

29 December 2008 No Comments

When we run to things, people and places to make us happy, we ultimately become self-destructive.  Because, once we give up those things, people and places- we are ultimately unhappy. True happiness is from within, it is a force that is never outside of us. We have to really get in touch with ourselves to find it.

Daily, I have a practice of asking myself (what would it take today for me to be happy?) Asking myself works because it becomes an adventure to find the answer for the day.

Today, find your true happiness by searching for it within. Looking for it elsewhere creates openings to becoming self-destructive.
