Why do we find it so hard to face ourselves in the mirror?  I’m not talking about primping time, I’m talking about self-evaluation time.  It’s because we are afraid to look at what we need to change.  And, if we look hard enough, we will find that it’s very difficult to love ourselves.

Self-love sometimes is a life-long process.  But, the journey through self-love is there in the mirror image.

Today is always a great day to start a self-reflection diary.  Today is also a great day to look at yourself and say, “I Love You!”
