I find spirituality to work best in my life when I don’t just dabble in it, but maintain my uplifting practices regularly. In addition to my practice I like to often attend workshops and classes that keep me connected to the Source.

We live in such a high demanding and hectic society that it is not at all easy to slow down and appreciate what’s truly genuine about life. We never stop to take in nature and really understand the beauty in it. That’s due to our being trapped within our five senses.

Today, vow to yourself to find uplifting places where you can really study and learn. There are numerous places that offer many different types of workshops and classes to help you stay focused on what is real in life.
