Heavy Lifting
If you are willing to change your life, you have to be willing to accept and change every aspect of yourself. Just changing the things about you that are most comfortable to change isn’t really doing the whole job. The traits that are the most difficult to change are the ones that need the most healing.
Today, do your heavy lifting. Just lifting a small 3 pound dumbbell doesn’t do as much work as lifting a 20 pound barbell. Dig up and examine the most uncomfortable things about yourself and try to work on changing them.
