Reconsider a Commitment

Reconsider a commitment. You have the right to change your mind.” –Cheryl Richardson

Right now is the holiday season and stress is on major high. There are so many more things to do, and so many more people to see, and so many more obligations that have to be fulfilled. All of these commitments are driving you nuts!

While it is honorable to honor your commitments, it is also okay to reconsider them. It’s impossible to help someone else when you are worn down. It is also not beneficial- for them nor for you- to help someone when your mind and heart really isn’t into it.

Today, reconsider a commitment. The most important obligation you should have is to yourself. Besides, you have the right to change your mind.
