Follow Your Mind

19 November 2008 No Comments

Where does your mind wander naturally?  Into humor or stress?  Into fear or fantasy?

How much of your precious day do you invest in the past?  Is the majority of your time being utilized in past events?  How much of today have you already invested in your past?

The past has long since served it’s purpose.  The only things you should hang on to from your past is wisdom and love.

Follow your mind, and observe where it goes to feed itself.

Do you like what you see?

Witness what calls to you from yesterday and why.

Today is for observation.  Follow your mind to see where it takes you.
