If we are not in control of our lives we are living as an effect rather than being the cause. Just merely existing instead of creating. Never fully understanding about the things that happen in our lives, or even learning from them. We are then always the “victims”, and never the heroes.

But WHY do things happen as they do?

Every single situation in life is strategically placed in our lives at certain specific times in life.  And are actually situated and strategically placed by us.  We choose our own paths.  Well… that’s if we are making choices.

Life is like a chess game- it all depends on which move you may choose to make.  It’s the important move that determines whether it will bring you to your ultimate achievement.

But, if you never play the game- by avoiding or never making choices- then you are living as an effect. You are not in control. You are not playing the game.

The ultimate destiny is already preplanned. It matters if the choices you make are taking you into the direction you want.  Which is, the ultimate destiny.

But, there will always be obstacles and setbacks, so how do you intend to move your chess piece?  If the piece in the square is yours, you have to move it out of the way before you can occupy it. But, if the piece in the square is Janet’s, then you can “capture” her piece. You then put your piece in the box on the board, take her piece off the board, and trimphantly place it next to you. That piece is now out of play forever.  Meaning, you have overcome that obstacle- even if it’s you- and it can never hold you back. It will never be in your way again, as it is defeated.

Just like playing chess,  making any choice as tough as this, you just became the cause.

But, still… WHY do things happen as they do?

Because things have to happen. Life is constant change, and if it were not we would never evolve.  Things will always happen, you just have to know how to control them.  And in yesterday’s Daily,  Things Happen as They Do,  just try to give up the need to know why.

It’s all about controlling your own game of life.  Learn how to play chess!
