Window of No Regrets

8 September 2008 No Comments

It is so easy to look back at life and think, “Wow, life has passed me by. How did I get here? Where did my life go?”

It is so easy to fall into the trap of entertaining thoughts of non-accomplishment that leads to feelings of sadness and regret. Every moment of our lives- from the very minuscule to the very catastrophic- is brought here to help us move forward and to achieve our ultimate goals. Those moments of feelings of failure are just minor bumps in the road leading up to a life full of fulfillment and joy.

Life did not pass by. As a matter of fact, life is still trying to catch up. Try to stop that merry-go-round cycle of beating yourself up. Don’t look back. Have no regrets.

Today, when you find yourself sinking into feelings of doubt and depression, think about what is great about your life right now. Let go of the past. Let go of those thoughts that no longer serve you and intrude upon you.

If you embrace today and the beauty of this very moment then you will begin to open the Window of No Regrets and allow the sun of tomorrow to shine in.

Say hello to tomorrow!
