Evaluate Your Information

27 September 2008 No Comments

“In a world awash in information of dubious provenance, whom can you trust to tell you the truth?”–Gerald Jonas, review of The Jazz, by Melissa Scott, New York Times, June 18, 2000

When obtaining information anywhere- from any source- it’s always good to only take the points of views that resonate with you, and leave the rest behind. In September 9th’s Inner Princess, I mentioned that ‘what works for someone else may not necessarily ring true for you’, and this is true in every case where there’s an awash of information to be learned.

Today, evaluate your information. Try to view all information as symbolic, as all information has meaning. Try to decipher where the truth is in all of it, and interpret it according to you.
